Holding the trifecta of CFO, COO, and VP of HR, she creates the organizational design that powers the company’s growth. Uniquely, Ashley is also a core member of the engineering team, ensuring that Nandeshou’s business strategy is built upon a foundation of technical truth, not just financial theory.

​Ashley brings a “full-stack” perspective to executive leadership that is rare in the industry. With roots in software development at Hat Boy Software and nearly two decades of experience spanning state-level administration and corporate management, she possesses the fluency to move seamlessly between code reviews and board meetings. She doesn’t just manage the engineers; she collaborates with them, translating complex architectural constraints into actionable business logic.
