Austin Vaught is a seasoned operations and project leader with a diverse background spanning software, marketing, retail management, and military service. Before co‑founding Nandeshou, he serves as a Senior Executive Assistant at Hatboy Studios, where he supports high‑level operations while training to become a certified project manager. His career includes managing teams in both corporate environments and in high‑pressure military settings as an Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Austin studied Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing at Strayer University, where he developed his passion for project management. He brings structured execution, leadership discipline, and cross‑functional team experience to his role at Nandeshou.
