September Gray is a multidisciplinary creative leader and seasoned business owner with over a decade of experience spanning software, illustration, arts management, and military aviation. As Co‑Founder and Co‑Owner of Nandeshou, she brings deep operational insight and creative direction informed by her long‑standing role as CEO of Hat Boy Software, Inc., a position she has held since 2015. Her career includes founding Broadcast Studio, managing Vintage Tattoo Company, and serving as a Black Hawk Helicopter Crew Chief in the Army National Guard. September’s blend of artistic expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and disciplined military background uniquely shapes her strategic vision at Nandeshou.
