Chief Executive Officer
Tony Richards is the architect of the Verifiable Intelligence movement.
With a career spanning nearly four decades, Tony has been at the forefront of every major shift in computing infrastructure. He began his journey in the US Army, building logic-based systems for troop distribution (EDAS), establishing a lifelong commitment to formal logic. He later pioneered early VoIP infrastructure, co-architected High-Frequency Trading engines capable of processing millions of transactions per second at eSpeed/BGC Partners, and designed Fault-Tolerant IoT Gateways for Honeywell.
Tony founded Nandeshou to address the fundamental fragility of modern AI. Rejecting the industry’s acceptance of “hallucinations” and “vibe coding,” he developed the Mushin Architecture: a neuro-symbolic framework that restores engineering rigor to software synthesis.
Tony is a “Builder-CEO.” He utilizes his own inventions: Kanshin for identity, AethOS for orchestration, and the Mushin Workbench for synthesis to drive Nandeshou’s growth. His work proves that with the right verifiable tools, a small, high-expert team can out-innovate massive legacy incumbents.
Under Tony’s leadership, Nandeshou is pioneering a new era of deterministic AI, where software is not only generated but also formally verified to meet the highest standards of reliability and correctness. His vision is to create a world where AI systems can be trusted to perform mission-critical tasks without error, fundamentally transforming how businesses and societies interact with technology.
