Omnisnia CRM vs. the industry standard
Where Omnisnia CRM differs from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho — including where it is behind.
Reviewed August 2026. Omnisnia CRM detail is first-party and checked against the shipping product; competitor detail is general and varies by tier.
The five real differences
These are the ones that do not fit in a checkbox — they change where the product can run and what it costs you.
The assistant is scoped to each user
The Omni assistant answers from the records each user can actually see and proposes actions that run only after they confirm, under that user's own scope. The incumbents bolt AI on, usually gated to top tiers, without the same per-user data-access guarantee.
You can run the whole thing yourself
Run the CRM on your own servers, against your own inference. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho are cloud-only. Your records stay on your hardware and there is no per-token AI bill.
Collaboration is in the CRM
Native channels, threads, DMs, a knowledge base, and documents live inside the CRM. Everyone else sends you to Slack or Teams plus an integration to stitch it back together.
AI is in the seat price
The assistant and a 500k monthly token allowance are in the $30 Team seat, pooled across your seats rather than capped per user. The incumbents sell comparable AI as an add-on on top of a higher seat price.
Open by default
A documented REST API, per-tenant API keys, webhooks, and custom fields — with OIDC single sign-on — and no marketplace you're required to buy through.
Feature matrix
Capability by capability. A full mark means the capability ships natively, with a note naming the plan that unlocks it where that is above Free; a half mark means Business tier and up, or materially lighter than the leaders. Many competitor features are likewise real but reserved for higher tiers or sold as add-ons.

Is Omnisnia CRM the right fit?
Omnisnia CRM is in open beta — you can sign up and subscribe today. The incumbents have a decade or more of ecosystem on us, and that gap is real.
Choose it if you need…
Data ownership (self-host), an AI assistant that respects who-can-see-what, built-in team collaboration, and predictable pricing with AI included.
Not there yet…
Voice calling and SMS in the hosted product, full CPQ, and dedicated iOS and Android apps. Integrations are four first-party connectors (Slack, Zapier, Make, outgoing webhooks) plus the REST API, not a third-party app store.
Out of scope…
Marketing beyond sales outreach — landing pages, ad management, and anonymous web-visitor tracking. Omnisnia CRM is a sales CRM: campaigns here mean enrolling a segmented audience into an email sequence and attributing the result.
Pricing shape
Per seat, per month unless noted. AI and the self-host option are included rather than sold separately.
About this comparison. Omnisnia CRM capabilities are drawn from the product itself. Competitor capabilities and pricing are generalized from publicly documented feature sets as of August 2026; exact availability varies by edition, region, and add-on, and changes frequently. "◐" denotes a capability that is available but reserved to a higher tier, sold as an add-on, or materially lighter than the leaders. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho are trademarks of their respective owners.
