Omnisnia CRM Docs / Plans & Usage Limits

Plans & Usage Limits

Omnisnia is billed per seat. This page lists the tiers, the usage allowance each one carries, and how limits work whether you run Omnisnia in the cloud or host it yourself.

The plans

PlanMonthlyAnnualBest for
Free$0 · up to 3 usersTrying Omnisnia with a team of three or fewer
Team$30 / seat / month$300 / seat / yearA working team that wants the assistant and email sequences
Business$60 / seat / month$600 / seat / yearAn organization that needs workflow automation, saved reports, and custom objects
Enterprise$1,080 / seat / year · self-hostedRunning Omnisnia on your own servers, with a signed license (25-seat minimum)

Team and Business are cloud plans billed by the seat, monthly or annually; the annual price is ten months’ worth, so a year costs two months less than paying monthly. Enterprise is a self-hosted annual license: you run your own server and inference, so usage is governed by the license and your own configuration rather than metered by us.

Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Current prices are always on the pricing page .

What each tier includes

AI tokens and outbound email are pooled across your purchased seats, so a 10-seat Team gets 10× the per-seat pool. Storage and the per-file upload cap are flat per-organization limits.

Free shows for email sequences because the feature itself is Team and up (see the next table), not because the allowance is zero.

When you reach a limit, the app names the limit you hit and the plan that lifts it. Nothing you have already created is affected — a limit only stops you adding more of that item.

What each tier unlocks

Beyond usage allowances, some features are gated by plan tier — they’re available only on the plan shown and up. On a plan that doesn’t include a feature, its navigation entry is hidden and its routes are unavailable (they return an HTTP 402), so the feature simply isn’t reachable.

Free includes the core CRM — clients, leads, deals, quotes, tasks, cases, shared email, and AI-assisted insights and lead scoring — but not the Omni assistant chat. Enterprise unlocks the same features as Business; what it adds is running on your own hardware under a signed license. The Billing page shows this same per-tier comparison, so you can see what a plan unlocks before you switch.

Self-hosted & solo installs

When you run Omnisnia yourself, the plan allowances above don’t apply — limits come from your own configuration instead:

  • Enterprise self-hosted — the installed license sets your seat count; usage allowances are set (or left unlimited) in your server’s limits configuration.
  • Solo / local-LLM — a single-person local install is unlimited by default. Because inference runs on your own hardware, there’s no per-token budget to meter.

Cloud plans meter usage against the allowances above; self-hosted and solo installs are governed by their own configuration instead.
