Privacy Policy
Last updated July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nandeshou Inc. (“Nandeshou,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, or use our products and services, including Omnisnia CRM (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Self-hosted deployments. Some organizations run our software on their own infrastructure. Where an organization operates its own instance, that organization is the controller of the data it processes, and its own privacy policy governs. This policy describes Nandeshou’s practices for the Services and infrastructure that we operate.
1. Who we are
Nandeshou Inc. is the entity responsible for the personal information processed under this policy for the Services we host. You can reach us using the details in Contact .
2. Information we collect
Information you provide.
- Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, organization, and the password you set when you register.
- Content you submit — the records, messages, files, documents, and other data you and your organization create or upload in the Services (for example, CRM contacts and deals, channel messages, email content, and attachments). We refer to this as “Customer Data.”
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or other enquiries.
- Billing information — plan selections and, where card payments are enabled, payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
Information collected automatically.
- Usage and device data — such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- authenticate you and secure accounts and organizations;
- process transactions and manage subscriptions and usage limits;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- send administrative and service-related communications;
- monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We rely on the following legal bases where applicable: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. AI features
Omnisnia CRM includes AI-assisted features (the “Omni” assistant). When you use these features, the relevant content you provide — such as your prompt and the records, messages, or documents you place in scope — is processed to generate a response. This processing may use third-party AI model providers acting as our subprocessors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not use your Customer Data to train third-party foundation models. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a person before you rely on it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who process data on our behalf to run the Services — for example, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, email delivery providers, AI model providers, and payment processors — under agreements that require appropriate confidentiality and security.
- Within your organization — Customer Data is visible to other members of your organization according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nandeshou, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account or organization is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Customer Data is retained according to your organization’s use of the Services; when data is deleted in the product, it is removed in the ordinary course, subject to routine backup cycles.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and network protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; where we act as a processor for an organization, we will refer your request to that organization. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
We honor applicable rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
10. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for use by organizations and their personnel and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
