Modernization for autonomous operation. Planning and rebuilding systems that were designed around a human operator so they can run without one — what has to become deterministic, what has to become observable, and what has to be rewritten rather than wrapped.

Verification and validation leadership. Keeping a requirement traceable from the moment it is written through to the Kenshō block that implements it, so an auditor can follow the line in both directions.
